University of Waterloo: John Walmsley guest lecturer on Successful Medical Device Development

img_1760-800x600John Walmsley, StarFish Medical VP Product, was a guest lecturer on StarFish design methodology to Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering students at the University of Waterloo on November 28, 2016. Professor Oscar Nespoli, P.Eng., requested the topic for his graduate class on 7 Keys to Successful Medical Device Development.

img_2251-002Part of Canada’s largest engineering school, the Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering department at the University of Waterloo is home to nearly 1600 undergraduates, graduate students, faculty and staff. Oscar Nespoli is a Waterloo Engineering Continuing Lecturer. He joined Waterloo following a 23 year career in research, engineering and management practice in industry and government.
