April 10, 2018 (Victoria, BC) – StarFish Medical will receive the 2018 VIATEC Community Champion award for outstanding charity efforts throughout the year at the June 15, 2018 Annual VIATEC Technology Awards ceremony in Victoria BC.
StarFish Medical CEO and Founder, Scott Phillips, notes “I think the technology industry in Victoria is a pretty special thing. It’s important to support initiatives like the VIATEC foundation and Mustard Seed Food Bank. They understand and can help allocate our support where it can be the most effective.”
The announcement was made by VIATEC in a news release listing 2018 finalists, Mia Maki (Quimper Consulting and University of Victoria) as the Colin Lennox Award for Technology Champion, and Hannes Blum as Angel of the Year.
