RAPS: Fundamentals of Canadian Regulatory Affairs

January 30, 2014 — Vesna Janic, StarFish Medical Director of QA/RA is a contributing author to the recently published fourth edition of Fundamentals of Canadian Regulatory AffairsVesna authored the chapter on “Good Laboratory Practices.” 

Fundamentals of Canadian Regulatory Affairs is a reference tool for those involved in product development and marketing for the Canadian market at all levels— new to the profession to senior regulatory professionals.  The new edition reflects significant changes in technology and Canadian regulations and guidances, updated through 2013. It has been reorganized and expanded to cover new topics of importance to regulatory professionals and includes a matrix of laws and regulations, a glossary and an extensive index.

The Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) is the largest global organization of and for those involved with the regulation of healthcare and related products, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biologics and nutritional products. Founded in 1976, RAPS helped establish the regulatory profession and continues to actively support the professional and lead the profession as a neutral, non-lobbying nonprofit organization.
