The eBook is directed at members deciding whether to join the board of directors for a small organization with essential guidance as they consider and step into the new role. It contains a practical discussion as well as illustrative case studies that show how small companies have used and adapted corporate governance practices. The eBook includes a StarFish Medical case study discussing the use of an advisory board.
