He was a founder of PMC-Sierra, Inc. and grew a highly profitable division with sales exceeding $200M per year. Glenn is a holder of 6 semiconductor device patents and has extensive experience in product marketing, building strategic business relationships, and successfully managing high growth businesses.
Jim Balcom
Jim Balcom has spent his career in the technology industry in Silicon Valley, Seattle, Vancouver and Victoria. Most recently, Jim was COO of Redlen Technologies where he helped develop world-leading medical and security imaging technology and products, attracting talent and customers from around the world to grow the team and revenues, ultimately culminating in a successful exit to Canon Inc. of Japan in one of BC’s major technology success stories.
