Presenter Bios

Phil Getto
Phil Getto is a senior-level Business/R&D Engineering Executive — successfully directed globally distributed software and hardware product development and IT teams from 25 to 600+ personnel through concept-to-delivery of highly technical products.
He is a transformative leader who consistently drives culture of communication to unify disparate groups and improve processes, tools and systems.
Adept at translating complex concepts into useful information for diverse, multicultural audiences, he has a keen ability to drill down to details, overcome obstacles and solve problems.

Jerry Metz
Jerry Metz joined KLOwen as the Chief Operations Officer in July 2021. He has over 30 years of experience in medtech, healthcare, technology, and software as a service industry sector. Jerry brings a broad range of operations experience to KLOwen, which includes business modeling, culture building, rapid scaling, and lean Six Sigma practices. He served as Chief Operations Officer for OraMetrix, Inc., a leading provider of innovative 3-D orthodontic technology solutions, from 2006 to 2021. He was integral to the management team that built the OraMetrix SureSmile platform and operations scaling plan. Before OraMetrix, he held various roles in advanced engineering and manufacturing supply chain management for various technology and semiconductor startups. Jerry received a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Jay Widdig
Jay Widdig joined KLOwen as the Chief Financial Officer in November 2021. He has over 35 years of experience in medtech, healthcare, technology, and software as a service industry sector. Jay brings extensive financial expertise to KLOwen, including a background in corporate finance, M&A transactions, and financial planning and analysis with global public and private companies. From 2002 to 2020, he served as Chief Financial Officer of OraMetrix, Inc., a leading provider of innovative 3-D orthodontic technology solutions that Dentsply Sirona Inc. acquired in May 2018. Before joining OraMetrix, he held various managerial positions, including Senior Director of Finance and Administration and other financial roles. Jay received a BS in Accounting from Cameron University and an MBA from Oklahoma City University. He currently resides in Allen, Texas, with his wife.

Chuck Abraham
Former President & CEO of Sebacia, Inc. Charles leveraged the potential of microparticles and laser energy to formulate a targeted solution for acne. Recruited to manage the commercial launch of the product after the successful completion of European and U.S. clinical trials, CE Mark and FDA Registration.
As President & CEO of OraMetrix, Inc., he led the company to a successful commercialization of its products and services. Grew from zero revenues to over $25M annual revenue with a cloud-based business model providing custom Orthodontic appliances to doctors for use in patients. Resulted in the successful sale of the company to Dentsply Sirona, Inc. In May 2018.
